HS Sports 1st Week Practice Schedules

The following information is in regard to the first week of practices and tryouts for all High School Fall Sports:

Cross Country
August 9-11 from 3-5pm. Grades 7-12. Please meet at the track!

Volleyball
Varsity, JV, and Freshmen
August 9-11 from 3-5pm at the HS Gym

Football
Varsity and JV
August 7-11
Lift 12-1pm
Practice 1-3pm and 4-7pm

Please remember that a physical must be on file or handed in to the coach BEFORE you are allowed to practice or tryout. Contact the Athletics Department at bzimmer@gocavs.net if you have any questions!
